Based upon Ty's busy schedule and for your convenience, we now offer an inclusive package for all travel expenses of $1,200 for US and Canadian meetings and events.

InspiraGen Institute, Inc. requires a 50% deposit of the final negotiated fee to book and confirm Ty Howard for your meeting or event date.

For international bookings, travel expenses include full-fare business class plane tickets, accommodations, transfers and meals.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Don't forget that in addition to Ty's fee, your organization must also budget for his expenses.

These generally include:

• Taxes and surcharges [Country, State, County, or Local]
• Purchase of handouts, workbooks, books, and other support materials
• Surcharge for audio and video taping of program
• Surcharge for additional requests; such as moderating, being a participant on a panel, or presenting a workshop (breakout, educational or concurrent session) before/after a keynote presentation

And can also include:

• Airfare
• Ground Transportation
• Hotel Accommodations
• Reimbursement for mileage traveled
• Parking fees (garage or metered… paid in cash on
  the day(s) of your meeting)
